Health Design Solutions is a consultancy that has achieved much in our relatively short history; we have designed entire hospitals, master planned large healthcare estates, delivered large PFI’s, have designed, managed and delivered healthcare projects of a wide variety and size and in most sectors and yet we are still a relatively small practice, through choice, with dedicated, professional staff of pedigree and talent, working for our clients in a diligent, unassuming manner.
We have a deliberate policy of concentrating on the ‘difficult’, ‘challenging’ and more interesting commissions; this has led to reputation for tackling issues our clients had previously thought too difficult to surmount; planning permissions on difficult sites or in areas where planning issues rendered the solution either restrictive or seemingly impossible, for example. Accepting these challenges has created an ethos within our studio of quiet confidence in our abilities.
